Sessions
Counselling sessions last for 1 to 1 and a quater hours and cost
£35. A little Shiatsu can be incorporated into the ending of the
session, which is so good for releasing head and shoulder tension
and gets you fully back into the present moment.
Shiatsu sessions vary in length depending on the treatment. Please
get in contact via my email link for further details.
Availability
For times and venues please call for details. As a rough guide,
I offer sessions from Monday afternoon - Friday morning at Emsworth,
Bosham and Southsea (although not all at once![maybe next life time]).
Practical details
· Please wear warm loose fitting garments, jeans or skirts not suitable
(No clothing is removed).
· No oils are used, so no need for a shower afterwards and no sticky
clothing.
· No tables to climb on to, Shiatsu is a floor level treatment,
cosy and safe.
· No heavy meals for about an hour before or after your treatment
if possible.
· No alchohol or drugs on day of session. Please discuss this with
me if you need clarification.
· Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will incur
a charge of 50% |
